OPTION #1:- ENTIRE PROPERTY
150 Person Maximum
- Our standard policy for Weddings and other Events is as follows:
- We require that for such events that the entire Hotel is reserved for a minimum of a 1-night stay with additional nights where required.
- We can offer a discounted rate of $4,000.00 per night (Venue only and 10 rooms). This rate will include the 10% VAT.
- Client to provide their own caterer. There is a Surcharge for the use of the kitchen and stove of $350.00.
Clean up Fee is $150.00 for the property.
TOTAL: $4,500.00
OPTION #2:- UPPER DECK
80 Person Maximum
- 4 Hours maximum
- Cost: $1,600.00
- Clean up Fee is $150.00 for the property.
TOTAL: $1,750.00
There is a surcharge for Kitchen $350
OPTION #3:- POOL SIDE
75 Person Maximum
- 4 Hours maximum
- Cost: $1,300.00
- Clean up Fee is $150.00 for the property.
TOTAL: $1,450.00

Please be aware that you will need to provide your own band or DJ, bartender, bar items, dishware, glassware, cutlery, decorations, tents, chairs, and tables.
We are located within a residential area and are able to accommodate loud music until Midnight. Thereafter you can continue with soft music for your guests.
Please be aware that Guest check in is at 2 pm and checkout is at 11 am.
Event planners can arrive the day before to begin preparations and arrive early the day of the event to finalize decorations or other.
